This policy describes how Pranavex ("we", "us") collects and uses information when you visit our website or contact us about our custom manufacturing software services.

1. What we collect

• Information you submit via our contact form: name, company, email address, and any message content you choose to send.
• Technical information automatically captured by our hosting provider: IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamps — used only to keep the site running and secure.
• Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (GA4) collects aggregated traffic statistics — page views, referring sites, country-level location, browser type, and session duration. We do not enable Google Signals or cross-site advertising features.

2. How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry about a potential engagement.
• To follow up about scoping, proposals, or scheduled meetings.
• To improve our website content based on aggregated, anonymized analytics.

3. Cookies & analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregated traffic patterns. GA4 sets first-party cookies (such as _ga) to distinguish unique sessions. We do not use advertising, retargeting, or cross-site tracking cookies. You can opt out at any time using Google's Analytics Opt-out add-on or by blocking the domain googletagmanager.com in your browser.

4. What we don't do

• We do not sell or rent your personal information.
• We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
• We do not use advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or cross-site tracking.

5. Where data is stored

Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree and delivered to our business email at hello@pranavex.com. We do not maintain our own database of contact submissions.

6. Your rights

You may request a copy of any personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, email hello@pranavex.com.

7. Data retention

We retain contact form submissions for as long as your project remains in active discussion, plus an additional 12 months for follow-up. After that, records are deleted or anonymized.

8. Children

This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 13.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage for at least 30 days.
